• Personalized or custom items (like engraved jewelry) cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or our error.

3. Exchanges

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it free of charge.

• Exchanges are only available for items of equal value.

4. Shipping Returns

• You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
